Serenity’s Grace NC – Youth Support Project, Inc. provides childhood obesity awareness and early reading literacy tools in an effort to enable the overall confidence in school age kids which ultimately sets the foundation for a successful future.

We linked good health and reading literacy together as we believe these two correlate with one another when ensuring positive self-esteem in a child as they progress throughout their life.

Due to COVID-19, we are strategically re-structuring our current I Can Make a Difference Program so when we do launch we will achieve the highest impact in our communities.

We have seen great impact within our Successful Parent Program and Humanitarian Relief Program thus far! In our Humanitarian Relief Program, we will be distributing over 200 book bags/school supplies and lunches to school age students, during our first annual back-to-school drive. Within our Successful Parent Program we were able to distribute resourceful links to parents to assists them in providing steady monthly income and childcare with the hopes of being able to become and stay self-reliant.

If you are considering getting involved, whether it be through donations or volunteering you can do so right here in our website. There are links provided to volunteer and donate.

Welcome to our 60 Minutes of Play, Initiative!

Kids need at least 60 minutes of physical activity, a day! This does not have to be in one setting but could be spread out sporadically, throughout the day!

During this trying time, a lot of our youth are indoors and barely stepping outside. No fault of their own. COVID-19 has put a halt on many physical interaction business where kids could go and jump on bouncy houses, play golf, even arcade facilities and sadly, shut down some of our local parks! We have to motivate and encourage our youth more than ever to get out and get moving! 60 minutes, that's all it take!

We've set out to explore the world of play when it comes to our youth staying healthy. Staying healthy and fit does not have to be boring and mundane. It does not have to be a chore for our youth! We want our youth to fill as though they are essentially just having fun and enjoying the outdoor and all its possibilities!
