Welcome to our 60 Minutes of Play, Initiative!
Kids need at least 60 minutes of physical activity, a day! This does not have to be in one setting but could be spread out sporadically, throughout the day!
During this trying time, a lot of our youth are indoors and barely stepping outside. No fault of their own. COVID-19 has put a halt on many physical interaction business where kids could go and jump on bouncy houses, play golf, even arcade facilities and sadly, shut down some of our local parks! We have to motivate and encourage our youth more than ever to get out and get moving! 60 minutes, that's all it take!
We've set out to explore the world of play when it comes to our youth staying healthy. Staying healthy and fit does not have to be boring and mundane. It does not have to be a chore for our youth! We want our youth to fill as though they are essentially just having fun and enjoying the outdoor and all its possibilities!
